Carlos Tevez has signed with cross town rivals Man City...good for him, bad loss for the Red Devils, trust me!
Now it has been reported that they are after Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor...WHY?
Don't they know that playing with 10 forwards and a keeper is just not going to work?
They now have on their squad, officially:
Robinho, Bojinov, Santa Cruz, Tevez, Caicedo, Evans, Benjani, and Bellamy...Unless they plan to sell Bojinov, Caicedo, Evans, and Benjani for Adebayor, I really don't know how they want to become a powerhouse club like Chelsea did by spending all their millions.
Meanwhile, they have Richard Dunne on defense...yes, the man who scored more goals on his own net than at his opponents' net!
Can't they see that they need defense, Elano to run the midfield, and they need to get mid-level players until the team becomes more successful and start attracting big name players?
I just don't get it...and I bet you they'll do the same for Portsmouth, which was also recently acquired by the Abu Dhabi Group.
